1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the taya995 platform — including the website at taya995.org, any associated mobile applications, and all related services — you ("the Player," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the taya995 platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and taya995 ("taya995," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the taya995 platform and close your account.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on taya995, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. In accordance with Philippine gambling regulations and PAGCOR guidelines, taya995 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years old. Age verification is mandatory during the KYC process.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay, unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.

• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or placing bets.

3 Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active taya995 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your taya995 account, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during registration or KYC verification. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.

3.3 KYC Verification

taya995 is required to verify the identity of all players in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit a government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your taya995 login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. taya995 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify taya995 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

taya995 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the taya995 platform from time to time. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.2 Minimum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Maximum transaction limits may apply and are displayed on the taya995 cashier page. taya995 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. taya995 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not completed full KYC verification.

4.4 Own Funds

You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that you are legally entitled to use for gambling purposes. taya995 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit found to originate from a third party may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

4.5 Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on taya995 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). taya995 does not currently accept deposits in foreign currencies.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

taya995 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. taya995 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash except as expressly permitted by the applicable promotion terms.
• taya995 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that the promotion is being abused or exploited.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or other fraudulent means — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended.
• In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the taya995 platform — including slots, live casino tables, bingo, sports betting, and specialty games — are governed by individual game rules published within each game or game category. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

taya995 uses certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) for all applicable games. RNG certification is conducted by independent third-party testing laboratories to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and not manipulated. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studios and are subject to the same regulatory oversight.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the taya995 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on taya995.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the taya995 platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the taya995 platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the taya995 platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the taya995 platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing taya995 staff or other players.
• Accessing the taya995 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the taya995 platform — including but not limited to the taya995 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of taya995 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the taya995 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any taya995 content without prior written permission from taya995.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, taya995 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the taya995 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

taya995's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your taya995 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

taya995 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the taya995 platform at your own risk.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

taya995 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the taya995 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

taya995 may be required to disclose your personal data to PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, or other regulatory bodies in accordance with applicable Philippine law. Such disclosures will be made in compliance with our legal obligations and, where possible, with prior notice to you.

11 Responsible Gaming

taya995 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino players. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

12 Termination & Suspension

taya995 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if taya995 reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by PAGCOR or any other regulatory authority.

Upon termination of your account, any pending withdrawal requests for legitimately won funds will be processed in accordance with standard procedures, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

You may close your taya995 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are subject to the settlement of any outstanding bets and the completion of any pending withdrawal transactions.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the taya995 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact taya995's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. taya995 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

14 Amendments to These Terms

taya995 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, taya995 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the taya995 platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
